The manufacturing facility is situated less than half a mile from the Tritech Precision Products plant which is located in Clywedog Road South on the Wrexham Industrial Estate.

In 1993, to support customer demand, Tritech introduced a machining capability in order to offer finished machined castings to its customer base.

Initially, machining commenced within the existing foundry premises.
By 1996 the machining operation had expanded into a 10000 sq. ft. stand alone factory.
Today it is operating from a 26000 sq. ft factory and comprises of six lean manufacturing cells feeding components into specialist assembly and kitting stores and employs 50 personnel.
The current premises are able to be expanded by a further 25000 sq ft.

On offer is the ability to machine complex parts in a range of aluminium and steel castings and also make from solid components via simultaneous 5 axis high speed metal cutting processes.

Machining techniques exist via vertical and horizontal cnc milling, multi axis cnc mill/turn, 2 axis cnc turning and 5 axis milling supported by a well equipped in house tool room which services all 3 Tritech sites with investment casting die and jig and tool manufacture.

Project management is deemed to be an essential part of the manufacturing operation.
The manufacturing areas are supported by a highly skilled engineering team who work closely with the foundry to find the best ‘Engineering Solution’, be it from casting or machined from solid.
Our engineers will oversee the project from beginning to end, from receipt of electronic model to die manufacture, casting, machining, surface treatments, assembly and kitting if required.
